Clamps with Nitrile (N.B.R.) rubber lining.  (EPDM or Silicone on request)

Pipe O.D. Range from 10, 20 or 30 mm and standard up to 900 mm P.O.D.

Suitable for Water, Natural Gas, Oil, Mild Acids, Bases and Sewage Services.

Working pressures (*):
On water pipelines: Max. 25 Bar ( 367 PSI )
On gas pipelines: Max. 12 Bar ( 176 PSI )

The max. working pressure (*) depend on the condition of the pipe, such as broken pipe or only pit corrosion, together with pipe size and medium. At least 75 mm of sealing must be next to the two sides of the damage.
Example: A hole in the pipe of 40 mm will need at least a clamp length of 40 + 75 + 75 mm. In this case the standard clamp length will be 200 mm.

Stainless steel pipe repair clamps, type NC.10 pit,  for small leaks and corrosion holes. 
360 º Rubber gasket on ferro pipe materials. On plastic - GRP material the rubber gasket can be locally.

For pipe sizes up to and incl. 400 mm p.o.d.
Clamp length depends on diameter and pressure.
Gaskets can be NBR - EPDM - SILICONE.

Full circle stainless steel pipe repair clamps for broken pipes.
Type NC.10 single band with a pipe diameter range of 10 mm.
Type NC.20 consist of 2 parts and has a pipe diameter range of 20 mm.

Full circle stainless steel Branch clamps, Type SD-clamp, for making connections onto: Taps, T-pieces, Valves, Fittings etc. BSP threaded. (male and female)
With pipe diameter ranges like the NC. type clamps.

Tapping Tee, Type F-clamp, ideally suited for making flanged connections under pressure on the main pipe line. ( Or to repair T-connections )
The F-clamp is a "light weight adjustable tapping sleeve"  made of two or more parts and with pipe diameter ranges like the NC. type clamps.               Application

Fabricated Tapping Tee, Type VF-clamp, ideally suited for making flanged connections under pressure on the main pipe line. It's a heavy duty tapping sleeve made of 6 mm thick 304 (A2) stainless steel, reinforcing the pipe. This tapping tee will be fabricated on the given pipe diameter, without a pipe diameter range like the other clamps.
